Customer Service
Shipping information:
- Our preferred shipper is UPS. We ship overnight, 2-day, 3-day and ground. We charge standard UPS shipping rates. A handling fee is included.
- Orders to P.O. boxes or military P.O. boxes (APO/FPO) must be sent USPS; UPS does not deliver to any P.O. boxes.
- Orders received Monday through Friday by 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time are shipped same day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time Monday through Friday or on holidays are shipped next business day. Orders received during the weekend are shipped on Monday.
Returns and Refunds policies:
- If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If the item was personalized, it is not returnable.
- Items should be returned in their original packing materials. We pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
- A Return Label is included with the packing slip. Upon returning a package, fill out the Return section of the packing slip and include it with your return.
- If you no longer have your packing slip, call 1-877-531-4706. Our customer service hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
Checking Order Status
- If you are signed is as a customer, then simply click on “orders” under “my account” on the right hand side of the screen.
- If you are not signed in as a customer, call us at 1-877-531-4706 and we can provide you with the status of your order.
Gift Options
- You can have your purchases gift wrapped for an additional charge of $5.99 per item. We offer several different gift paper options for you to choose from, and you can include a personalized gift card as well. You will have the opportunity to select your paper during the purchasing process.
