Cheese Rolls

(Serves 6 to 8)
These are wonderfully tangy and moist. They’re so delicious; you don’t even need butter on them.
- 12 frozen, unbaked bread rolls
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
Place melted butter in a shallow dish. Place cheese in another shallow dish. Roll the bread rolls around in the butter to completely coat, and then roll around in the cheese to coat well. Place each cheese-coated bread roll in a muffin cup. Let rise for 3 to 4 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
Make ahead: The rolls can be baked up to 24 hours ahead, covered tightly and stored at room temperature. Reheat before serving.
