Ingredients

- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons good quality Irish whiskey (I use Jameson)
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 to 3 tablespoons amaretto liqueur
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
Instructions
- Process all ingredients together in a blender until well mixed.
- Carefully pour into bottles with a tight seal (I like to use a funnel) and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months (or until your cream is due to expire!). Shake well before serving.
