Frozen Lattes Makes

This is a fun, different way to serve coffee at a Spring brunch. I like to make a batch with regular coffee and another with decaf.

  • 2 cups whole milk (can also use 2% or soy)
  • 3 cups brewed espresso coffee
  • Cocoa powder
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Ground nutmeg

Place the milk into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid. In a blender or food processor, combine frozen milk cubes and coffee and process until blended. Pour into serving glasses and sprinkle top with cocoa powder, cinnamon and nutmeg on top. Pass sugar on the side.
