For as long as I can remember, Christmas morning breakfast has been the same. Mom started serving us this egg dish – dubbed by me and my brother Jim as Christmas Morning Eggs, when we were kids. I think she created this dish to get me, who at the time wasn’t a lover of breakfast, to eat eggs! It worked. I love all these dishes so much that my husband Robert and I still eat this same menu every Christmas morning – and he loves it as much as I do.

  • Fresh grapefruit (we like to order it from Pittman and Davis)
